OK, so I go off on TruGlo, Inc. a few weeks back because I was upset that I missed the final 2 weeks of my hunting season due to a faulty sight. Well, those guys must have been busy, because I just got a very nice call from a young lady at TruGlo asking about my problem, and setting me up with a return for replacement.
Of course, I want to make sure I get a working sight back from the company, so I'm holding off on my apologies for now, but at least I'm making some progress, and they are trying to keep me, the customer, happy.
I'll let you know how the repair/replacement turns out.
